A challenge you finish. Even if you've quit ten already.
Pick what you want to see through. Give it 7, 30 or 365 days. Bring a few people along. One tap a day, no points, no punishment for a bad day.
For people who want to move forward, not just track.

Not for lack of willpower. Most habit apps punish one missed day: the streak drops to zero and the will to continue goes with it. Surveys say more than half of people quit within a month and nearly every second one right after the first broken streak. Challapp is built the other way round.
Progress never resets
The main number is “days done” and it only goes up. A missed day is a grey square, not a red cross. The challenge goes on.
A bar, not perfection
A 30-day challenge has a bar of 25. Five days are for life: birthdays, bad days, weddings. A missed day cancels nothing.
Three at most
Three things you can keep, five you can't. Want another? Finish or end one first. That's on purpose.

How it works
Pick a challenge
From the library, or write your own. No sugar for 30 days, 10,000 steps for a week, call someone today.
One tap a day
Done, and one sentence if you like. Nothing else. A reminder in the evening, only if you haven't checked in yet.
A group that sees it
2 to 12 people, same challenge, same start. You see who's done today and who isn't. No chat, no points.
Pricing
The basics are free with no time limit. Premium is for people who want to run more than one thing.

What people ask
What if I miss a day?
Nothing resets. The day turns grey, the challenge goes on, and the bar assumes you're not a machine. A monthly challenge gives you five spare days.
Do I need a group?
No. Solo works fine. A group is for when you know you won't make it alone. Joining by invite is free.
What if the bar becomes impossible?
The app says so without drama and offers three ways out: ride it to the end, restart on Monday, or end it. Days done always count.
Where is my data?
In a database in Frankfurt (EU) and on your phone, so check-ins work offline. No ads, no tracking, no selling data. Delete your account with one tap.
Will there be an Android version?
iPhone first. Android comes once the iOS version is as good as it should be.
When does it launch?
No date yet. Leave your e-mail and you'll get one message when it's on the App Store.
Who's behind it
Challapp is made in Prague by Give up s.r.o. (company ID 14445689). We're building it for ourselves: people with three abandoned trackers on their phone and one thing they'd finally like to finish. We'll maintain and secure the app until at least 2031.
